Every year I bake X-mas cookies. Every year I try a new cookie recipe. I still have the old standards that will never get old: Chocolate Chip, Peanut better with kisses, sugar cut-out cookies. This year I'm going to try shortbread cookies.
I think tomorrow is the only day I'm going to have the time to bake. In past years I have made the dough in advance and frozen them. When I was ready to bake it was much faster.
