Letting Him Cry
I'm tiring to get N on a schedule. To do this I have to decide when he should nap. He on the other hand is not agreeing with me on when he should nap. He has never been a good day napper, and trying to get him on a eat, play and sleep schedule has been fun. We have been letting him cry it out in his pack-n-play until he falls asleep. Why do I feel like a horrible mother by letting him cry?

You are a terrific mother!! Both of your lives will be a lot easier with him on a schedule. Once J was set to a schedule, our lives got a lot easier!!!!
Try to think of it as teaching him how to put himself to sleep. It is not "torture"....as long as you know he is safe, he should be fine. Just take a deep breath and know it will get easier with time. Know that you are a good mama!!! I had to be very scheduled with E&M or else I would have gone CRAZY!!!! and it worked! YOU CAN DO IT! :)))))
