Dear Brighthouse Networks,
You suck! On Wed. we decided to get digital phone back due to the price difference with Bell south. While they were here we asked for them to bring us a new HDTV cable DVR. (Our current one was having some issues). The tech came out hooked up the phone and set up the new box. When it came time to turn on the box we had no sound. After he called several other techs to find out why there was no sound and they all responded, "I don't know it the new box we don't know anything about the new box." he hooked up the box not using the HDMI cable cord. After he left, I figured out how to do it. The next day when the phones were supposed to be switched over; we had no dial tone. I called Bright house customer service and they were able to get a tech to come that day due to the fact that we are going on vacation on Saturday. The new tech came and had to redo the whole phone lines because the last tech didn't do it correctly. Last night we noticed that we could not pause live TV and the shows we record were not recording.
So, this morning I got up bright and early to go to Bright house to get a new box. The nice lady at the counter gave me a new box. When I got home and hooked it up, I could not get channels higher than what you can get with Bunny ears. I called customer service. After she had me unplug and reboot the box several times and I still had the problem she suggested that a tech could come out on Sunday or I could try to get a new box. Since we will be on vacation I could not take the tech option (besides I'd like cable on Friday night.). The CS lady was very encouraging about the new box. She told me that is was a great box once you could get it to work.
So Michele goes again to get a new box. This time I ask for an older box. I get it and come home. Surprise, now I don't even get a picture. Customer Service again. No help, but I did demand a credit on our account. So, I guess we will not be recording BB8 while on our trip. I'll have to read the spoiler website to find out what happened.

my friend, thats the problem with BHN, they do suck indeed. I should know, i used to work for them and after 2 years of seeing how the company treats customers, i had to leave myself. not only that but they treat their employees even worse..
